Bally’s Chicago Marks Three Years with $30,000 in Donations to Local Nonprofits

Bally’s Chicago just recently celebrated three years at Medinah Temple, and as part of the anniversary, the team recently recognized three Chicago organizations with a total of $30,000 in donations to support their work in the community.

Impact Grants, the Chicago Urban League and Leave No Veteran Behind organizations each received $10,000 during the celebration. Representatives onsite included Erin Drury, Maggie Schell and Carole Schecter of Impact Grants; Justin Jones, Sandra Brinston and Diane McDonald of the Chicago Urban League; and Yomika Alexander of Leave No Veteran Behind.

The donations are part of more than $1.5 million Bally’s has contributed to Chicago organizations over the past three years. Bally’s also has built a workforce comprised of 75%+ Chicagoans, with more than 200 team members who joined three years ago still with the company today. To date, Bally's Chicago has spent more than $22.5 million with Chicago based, minority-, women-, veteran- and disable owned businesses through certified and good faith effort purchases, exceeding their 41% diversity spend commitment.
